PREPARING NEW MISTNETS.

Last night I have some nightjars who not was trapped in the net because they are a bit worn with hole in.
To day I prepare the poles with new net and are redy for a new night this evening. 
The knots are not so good of this net and I must glue them for safety.

Nightjar 800 was ringed this night.

Nightjar N:o 800 was ringed tonight and also recovery N:o 250. I even got 2 more ringed and one recovery.
A lot of mosquitos and gnats and 21 shurring nightjars.
Another wonderfull night in the forest!!

Slutligen så gick det bättre. --------- Finally it going better.

Last night many nightjars was trapped in the net and it was a lot of activity in the forest whole night long.

I got one recovery from 2015 and five new ringed birds and heard at least 15 shurring males and one corncrake. A good night in the South-east of Sweden!

Nightjar evening.

This years first ringed nightjar come this evening. Two weeks ago I take a recovery from 2015.
